Senior Manager, Network Operations Management

What you'll do

• Lead and develop a globally distributed team of network operations engineers across multiple regions.
• Manage the global network service health, availability, and SLA performance for the restaurant network.
• Direct incident response, command major events, and oversee change management governance.
• Oversee the transition of new markets from project delivery into steady-state operational support.
• Manage vendor, carrier, and managed service provider relationships including contract negotiations and cost efficiency.
• Define and execute a global network automation strategy to reduce manual effort and improve scalability.
• Own the product roadmap, backlog management, and portfolio budget for network operations.
• Provide technical leadership for WAN, LAN, SD-WAN, and SASE architectures in large-scale environments.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of experience in Network Operations or Engineering supporting global or multi-market environments.
• 5+ years leading operations teams across regions or time zones.
• Strong hands-on experience with Juniper networking and Palo Alto security platforms or equivalent technologies.
• Strong understanding of network monitoring, ITIL-based incident/change management, and SLA-driven operations.
• Experience leading product backlogs, roadmaps, and Agile/scrum delivery, including portfolio budget ownership.
• Demonstrated experience managing vendors, carriers, and managed service providers.
• Proven success delivering network automation for scale, reliability, and consistency.
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL, CCNP/CCIE, JNCIP or PMP (preferred).
