Technical Success Analyst

What you'll do

• Lead the configuration and deployment of standardized products for new customers.
• Serve as a technical expert to guide customers through API integration journeys.
• Create customer presentations, internal runbooks, and training content to scale team knowledge.
• Advocate for the customer by providing feedback to internal teams to improve product features.
• Partner with Project Managers, Product Managers, and Sales teams to execute on client goals.
• Translate complex technical concepts into clear explanations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting aggressive implementation schedules.

What we're looking for

• Must have 5+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role such as solutions engineering or technical support.
• Must possess expert proficiency in REST APIs, SQL, Datadog, and Secure File Transfer Protocols (SFTP).
• Must demonstrate a strong understanding of fintech, specifically card payments and the issuing side.
• Must have exceptional communication skills to explain complex technical concepts both orally and in writing.
• Ability to manage multiple projects independently while meeting aggressive schedules without supervision.
• Ability to read technical documentation or basic code including JSON and scripting.
• Preferred Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in financial services, payment systems, or customer onboarding in a SaaS environment is preferred.
