Customer Success Insights Engineer

What you'll do

• Design and operate automated data collection and transformation pipelines into Databricks with built-in quality gates.
• Implement AI agents for multi-agent build workflows, automated verification, and adversarial review gates.
• Convert ambiguous leadership questions into measurable definitions, transparent metrics, and self-serve dashboards.
• Develop and maintain executive dashboards to track platform adoption, developer engagement, and ecosystem health.
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to source new telemetry and validate data contracts.
• Operationalize measurement for emerging channels like AI agent marketplaces and model hubs.
• Ensure data honesty by investigating anomalies and providing defensible, detailed sources for every metric.

What we're looking for

• BS degree in Computing Science, Engineering, Math, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Analytics Engineering, Business Intelligence, or similar roles building production data products.
• Proven experience operationalizing LLMs into autonomous agents for engineering workflows, automated verification, and production pipelines.
• Proven deep expertise in Apache Spark, PySpark, Delta Lake, and Databricks Workflows.
• Expert SQL and Python skills, including API-based data ingestion from enterprise systems and third-party platforms.
• Experience integrating CRM and enterprise data with product telemetry into unified analytical models.
• Track record of building executive-facing dashboards and analytical narratives.
• MS in Computer Science, Data Science, or equivalent experience (preferred); Active Databricks Certifications (preferred).
