What you'll do

Resolve complex customer issues regarding architecture, performance, recovery, and security for the MongoDB ecosystem.
Provide expert advice on best practices for running MongoDB at scale across various infrastructures.
Act as a technical advocate by communicating customer needs to product management and development teams.
Develop internal software tools for performance benchmarking, diagnostics, and support workflows.
Troubleshoot and resolve high-level technical escalations independently.
Provide expert guidance on database administration, network administration, and distributed systems.
Perform performance tuning and benchmarking to optimize customer environments.

What we're looking for

Candidates must have at least 4 years of relevant experience.
A B.Tech, B.S., or equivalent work experience is required.
Must possess strong skills in systems administration, troubleshooting, and network administration.
Must have a deep understanding of distributed systems, application architecture, and data architecture/design.
Experience in performance tuning, benchmarking, and technical support is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
Proficiency in using AI-assisted tools to enhance troubleshooting workflows (preferred).
Knowledge of one or more programming languages including Java, Python, Ruby, C, C++, C#, Javascript, Node.js, Go, PHP, or Perl (preferred).
