As an Associate Technical Services Engineer II, you will join the Technical Services team to provide expert guidance and solve complex problems for customers across the entire MongoDB ecosystem. What you'll do

Advise customers on complex MongoDB architecture, performance, recovery, and security issues.
Provide expert guidance on best practices for running MongoDB at scale across various infrastructures.
Resolve technical problems related to the MongoDB ecosystem, including Atlas and Cloud Manager.
Advocate for customer needs by interfacing with internal product management and development teams.
Develop internal software tools for performance benchmarking, diagnostics, and support operations.
Troubleshoot and resolve real-time technical issues while maintaining a calm demeanor under pressure.
