What you'll do

Advise and support large enterprise customers with complex MongoDB ecosystem issues.
Drive successful implementations of MongoDB Server, Search, and managed backups on Kubernetes platforms.
Troubleshoot end-to-end technical issues in production environments involving cloud infrastructure and application architectures.
Design and implement backup strategies for massive production environments to ensure high availability and disaster recovery.
Provide product feedback to help shape the roadmap for tools, features, and the core database.
Perform advanced diagnostics and handle technical escalations independently as a subject matter expert.

What we're looking for

Must have 1+ years of experience in a support role working directly with customers.
Must have 2+ years of experience administering RDBMS such as Oracle, Postgres, or MySQL.
Must have 3+ years of combined experience in Kubernetes management, DevOps practices, and Infrastructure-as-code.
Must have 3+ years of experience with Disaster Recovery situations including backup management and snapshot restores.
Must have 5+ years of mixed experience with Cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure) and on-prem infrastructure administration in production environments.
Must possess a full understanding of Linux systems and networking concepts including firewalls, load balancers, and performance tuning.
Must demonstrate strong diagnostic and troubleshooting aptitude for end-to-end technical issues in production environments.
Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholders.
