What we're looking for

  • 5+ years experience in medical device or cosmetic topical skin treatment applications.
  • Expertise in formulating silicone-based and organic systems, knowledge of excipient suppliers.
  • Ability to design and execute lab experiments using structured processes for data analysis.
  • Strong customer orientation and excellent interpersonal skills for collaboration across functions.
  • Self-motivated with bias for action, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent writing and presentation skills in both English and French.
