What you'll do

Develop high-throughput platform screening capabilities for separation-based assays.
Design and develop novel complex analytical methods for synthetic and biotherapeutic molecules.
Resolve technical project hurdles by applying chromatography theory and expertise to meet deadlines.
Evaluate new technology approaches to build a scientific profile through pipeline contributions and scholarly achievements.
Publish research in peer-reviewed journals and present findings at internal and external conferences.
Monitor literature to incorporate new information into individual projects and overall programs.
Mentor and supervise team members while ensuring their performance meets organizational goals.
Ensure compliance with corporate standards regarding safety, GxP regulations, and material handling.

What we're looking for

A PhD is required for candidates with no experience.
A Master's degree and typically 8 years of experience are required.
A Bachelor's degree and typically 10 years of experience are required.
Candidates must have a thorough theoretical and practical understanding of their scientific discipline.
Candidates must possess a strong understanding of the fundamental properties and theory of chromatography.
Proven, hands-on experience in the development of novel complex analytical methods is required.
Effective communication and writing skills for research or regulatory materials are required.
Experience with in-silico techniques, machine learning, or specific software like Fusion® or Drylab® is preferred.
