What you'll do

Manage program management of Research, Development, and Engineering aspects for new service product development.
Develop service product roadmaps and manage product portfolios and investments with business leadership.
Lead the execution of innovation and technology roadmaps to support product goals.
Drive customer application understanding to facilitate successful new product introductions.
Ensure on-time delivery, cost control, and quality for new products and technologies.
Execute project management processes, product lifecycle management, and continuous improvement programs.
Manage technology partners and coordinate strategic sourcing needs with the supply chain team.
Communicate R&D progress and execution milestones to senior executives and stakeholders.

What we're looking for

Master's or PhD degree in a Science or Engineering related field (Materials, Mechanical, Chemical, Physics, Electrical, or related).
A GPA of 3.0 or above on a 4.0 scale is preferred.
Experience with materials, deposition, systems, and semiconductor applications/services is desired.
Extensive experience in new product introduction with a performance-based track record.
Strong program management and product lifecycle management experience.
Expertise in Voice of Customer (VOC) domain and strong customer acumen.
Ability to manage and deliver to multiple Key Performance Indices (KPIs).
Strong communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional teams.
