What you'll do

Manage service product development from initial concept through final release across multiple phase gates.
Lead high-value problem discovery using voice of customer feedback to select appropriate technical solutions.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to develop and validate new service products for global customer sites.
Develop marketing collateral, training programs, and standard procedures for field service personnel.
Collaborate with product teams to integrate service offerings into new product introductions (NPI).
Define and approve application support plans while ensuring products meet specific performance metrics like MTTR and MTBC.
Create and lead new methodologies to optimize system performance for specific customer applications.
Lead technical review meetings and manage deliverables between internal business units and customer teams.

What we're looking for

The ideal candidate should possess over five years of process and hardware experience on DCVD semiconductor equipment.
Candidates should have 3-5 years of DDP BU, application, or platform experience.
Proficiency in technical program management is required.
Strong communication skills are required to drive growth with cross-functional teams and present to executives.
Expertise in the Microsoft Office suite, specifically PowerPoint and Excel, is required.
Experience with Dielectric Deposition or Atomic Layer Deposition semiconductor equipment is preferred.
Knowledge of semi-space awareness including regions, customers, segments, and competition is required.
