What you'll do

  • Drive service readiness throughout the product lifecycle by reviewing internal and external documentation for new and legacy products.
  • Manage the Service Product Roadmap including training, documentation, spare parts readiness, and part repair processes.
  • Participate in design for install and design for service programs to ensure equipment meets operational requirements.
  • Lead the release and adoption of predictive maintenance digital tools and special service tooling.
  • Support field escalation processes by collaborating with Field Service and Technical Support Engineering teams.
  • Manage field training and certification programs for new platforms, complex upgrades, and advanced controls.
  • Identify and execute continuous improvement programs to enhance field productivity and service delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze service gross margins to drive cost reduction plans through repair and refurbishment solutions.

What we're looking for

  • MS in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Robotics, Controls, Data Analytics, or related field).
  • BS in Engineering with an MS in Engineering Management.
  • Knowledge of mechanical systems, robotics, controls, and data analytics (internship/project experience preferred).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an innovative mindset.
  • Ability to manage projects, analyze data, and present technical findings.
  • Effective communication and collaboration across cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated leadership potential through academic, internship, or project experience.
  • Exposure to field support, customer escalations, installations, or warranty activities (preferred).
