What you'll do

Lead cross-functional teams to develop, improve, and sustain Panel product lines.
Manage semiconductor equipment programs from inception through successful completion.
Create project plans, track progress, and communicate status to stakeholders.
Plan and schedule project goals, milestones, and deliverables.
Develop strategies for contingency planning and risk mitigation.
Manage resource allocation and align schedules across multiple departments.
Identify and resolve project issues quickly and effectively.
Monitor and control project budgets to ensure successful product launches.

What we're looking for

BS or BA degree in a Technical or Business field of study.
5+ years of industry experience, preferably in Hardware and/or Software Engineering.
3+ years of experience managing projects across multiple stakeholders.
Experience leading cross-functional teams to achieve program objectives.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of managing projects within product lifecycle processes.
Experience with semiconductor capital equipment and a strong operational background.
Expertise with project management tools such as MS Project, QuickBase, or Office Timeline.
