What you'll do

  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of greenfield projects within the Tualatin DFBU APPs Lab.
  • Manage project schedules, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to ensure delivery on time and within budget.
  • Coordinate facility readiness, equipment installation, commissioning, qualification, and process transfers across multiple workstreams.
  • Partner with engineering, supply chain, facilities, and vendors to meet technical and operational requirements.
  • Maintain program risk registers and develop mitigation strategies for schedule, resource, and technical issues.
  • Provide data-driven status updates and performance metrics to leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Facilitate decision-making regarding trade-offs in cost, schedule, and performance to ensure project alignment.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, Operations, or a related technical field with 5+ years of experience; or a Master's degree with 3+ years of experience.
  • Experience managing facility development, capital projects, equipment installation, commissioning, qualification, and operational readiness activities.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional projects within the semiconductor, advanced manufacturing, or high-technology industries.
  • Experience managing project schedules, milestones, budgets, risks, and resource planning throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated success coordinating engineering, facilities, operations, supply chain, quality, suppliers, contractors, and external vendors.
  • Proficiency in project planning tools like Microsoft Project, Primavera, or Planview, and Microsoft Office applications including Power BI, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and reporting.
  • Experience managing semiconductor facility expansion, laboratory development, or capital equipment deployment (preferred); knowledge of cleanroom infrastructure and manufacturing operations (preferred).
