Technical Program Manager 3

What you'll do

• Develop project plans to optimize or create new technical product offerings and processes.
• Manage project schedules, performance metrics, and budgets to ensure on-time delivery.
• Lead cross-functional teams through the full project lifecycle from initiation to release.
• Partner with stakeholders to define system requirements and deliver technology enhancements.
• Execute continuous improvement projects from inception to measurable results.
• Implement change management strategies to ensure the long-term sustainability of programs.
• Navigate and manage multiple concurrent projects within a dynamic technical environment.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of experience, Master’s with 3+ years, PhD, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in continuous improvement or technical program management.
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams and demonstrating influence skills to deliver results.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for audiences at all levels.
• Experience in or knowledge of Semiconductor fabrication, Equipment Operations, or related industries (preferred).
• Knowledge of Program Management methods and experience in Product Development & Release procedures (preferred).
• Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2 (preferred).
• Experience in Lean Six Sigma, Agile, Waterfall, or Change Management methodologies (preferred).
