Technical Program Manager III

What you'll do

• Oversee the creation and optimization of technical product offerings, processes, and programs.
• Develop project plans and manage risks to drive products through successful release.
• Manage program schedules, performance metrics, and budgets to meet business requirements.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify system requirements and deliver enhancements based on changing technology.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of new or upgraded products.
• Execute continuous improvement projects from inception to impactful results.
• Deliver change management for programs to ensure sustainable, long-term success.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree with 5+ years experience, Master's with 3+ years, PhD, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of continuous improvement or technical program management experience.
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams and demonstrating influence skills to deliver results.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for audiences at all levels.
• Knowledge of Semiconductor fabrication, Equipment Operations, or related industries (preferred).
• Knowledge of Program Management methods and Product Development & Release procedures (preferred).
• Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2 (preferred).
• Experience in Lean Six Sigma, Agile/Waterfall methodologies, or Change Management (preferred).
