Technical Program Manager III

What you'll do

• Scope and execute project requests for the Product Option Architecture (POA).
• Manage end item creation and maintain bills of materials.
• Own project accountability to ensure schedules, performance metrics, and deliveries meet business requirements on time and within budget.
• Provide subject matter expertise to teams regarding the Product Option Architecture.
• Lead continuous improvement projects from inception to measurable results.
• Perform data collection and statistical analysis to inform program schedules and deliverables.
• Influence cross-functional stakeholders to improve processes and ensure organizational alignment.

What we're looking for

• A Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of experience, a Master's with 3+ years, or a PhD is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in continuous improvement or technical program management is required.
• Experience guiding cross-functional teams and demonstrating influence skills to deliver results is required.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for audiences at all levels are required.
• Knowledge of change management methodologies is required.
• Relevant project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2 are required.
• Knowledge of program management methods and experience in product development and release procedures are necessary.
• Familiarity with project management tools like MS Project, QuickBase, Visio, Planner, or MS Teams is essential.
