You will generate performance metrics such as MTBF, MTBI, and availability, while creating technical documentation like CENs and BKMs. This role focuses on solving complex problems related to the installation, operation, calibration, and testing of advanced semiconductor manufacturing equipment and systems.

What you'll do

Manage all technical support aspects for a specific customer including escalations, fleet performance, installations, and upgrades.
Act as the primary focal point between customers and internal divisions to provide technical documentation and troubleshooting support.
Provide Alpha Site support for the installation, operation, calibration, and testing of new hardware or software designs.
Provide Beta Site support for testing and servicing new hardware, software, or processes on customer tools.
Initiate and review Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) to ensure data supports fixes and communicate updates to the field.
Generate and present system performance metrics including MTBF, MTBI, availability, and spending analysis.
Create and review technical documentation for improvements, upgrades, and support plans while presenting them at the customer level.
