As a Technical Escalations Engineer II (RUM) - APJ, you will join the Technical Escalation Engineering team to serve as an in-house product expert focused on Real User Monitoring. You will investigate complex escalations, lead high-stakes technical calls, and resolve critical customer challenges regarding session issues, telemetry gaps, SDK behavior inconsistencies, and performance metrics anomalies. Your daily work involves collaborating with Engineering and Product teams to identify platform gaps, influence the roadmap, and develop internal tools and playbooks. You will mentor the Global Support Engineering team through office hours and learning sessions. The role requires expertise in client-side instrumentation for web and mobile platforms, including JS frameworks and native mobile SDKs.
