The successful candidate will build internal playbooks, tools, and training materials to help the global Solutions team manage customer spend across all product lines. Key requirements include proficiency in cloud billing models for AWS, Azure, and GCP, as well as experience with APIs, telemetry pipelines, and high-cardinality signals. The role addresses the critical business problem of translating complex technical telemetry into clear cost impacts while ensuring accurate usage attribution and infrastructure optimization for customers.

What you'll do

  • Resolve complex technical escalations regarding usage metering, billing anomalies, and cost management for customers.
  • Partner with Product, Engineering, and Finance teams to resolve bugs and improve billing transparency.
  • Develop internal playbooks, tools, and diagnostic guides to help teams manage revenue-related inquiries.
  • Create customer-facing content and resources to help clients optimize their cloud spend and usage.
  • Conduct training sessions and build scalable resources to enable the global Solutions team.
  • Act as a voice of the customer by providing feedback to shape the product roadmap for cost management.

What we're looking for

  • Familiarity with cloud billing models for AWS, Azure, and GCP including usage types, tags, and account structures.
  • Experience analyzing cloud cost drivers, usage attribution, and spend analysis to help customers optimize their footprint.
  • Ability to interpret telemetry volume, such as high-cardinality signals and log ingestion, into measurable cost impacts.
  • Proficiency with APIs, product usage metrics, tagging strategies, and multi-org account configurations.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical data and cost impacts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working across technical and business boundaries to resolve backend telemetry issues and customer-facing problems.
  • A degree in Computer Science or Engineering is preferred.
  • Experience using tools such as Zendesk, Jira, or Confluence is a plus.
