What you'll do

Serve as the primary technical support contact for strategic customers to resolve complex technical problems.
Provide proactive guidance and recommendations to minimize business-impacting downtime for customers.
Troubleshoot the use of Twilio helper libraries directly with customer developers.
Partner with customer architects and support personnel to solve high-stakes technical issues.
Report reproducible bugs to Product and Engineering teams by filing JIRAs and using Slack.
Analyze customer trends and patterns to report process improvements to the management team.
Communicate customer feedback to internal Product and Engineering teams to influence product development.

What we're looking for

4+ years of proven experience.
Experience with Twilio Messaging and/or Voice.
Knowledge of RESTful technology, APIs, and ability to solve cloud solution issues.
Skill in solving network connectivity issues with understanding of TCP/UDP and SSL/TLS basics.
Ability to troubleshoot Twilio helper libraries with customers' developers.
Development experience in Javascript, VOIP/SIP Applications, or WebRTC (preferred).
Twilio Messaging certification (preferred).
Twilio Voice or Email certification (preferred).
