What you'll do

Resolve complex technical problems for strategic customers during Pacific hours.
Provide proactive guidance and recommendations to reduce customer business downtime.
Address customer issues and provide technical feedback to Product and Engineering teams.
Work with customer developers and architects to troubleshoot high-consequence technical problems.
Report reproducible bugs to the engineering team via JIRA and Slack.
Analyze customer trends and patterns to report process improvements to management.
Troubleshoot server-side code, client-side JavaScript, and network connectivity issues.

What we're looking for

4 to 6+ years of relevant experience.
Good knowledge of RESTful technology, APIs, and troubleshooting cloud solutions.
Ability to troubleshoot server-side code (Java, Node.js, PHP, C#, Python) and client-side JavaScript with React and Redux.
Development experience in a scripting language such as React, Node.js, Javascript, or Python.
Skilled in troubleshooting network connectivity issues including TCP/UDP and basics of SSL/TLS.
High competency in communicating complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences via phone or email.
Experience in managing dedicated customer accounts.
Understanding of Telecoms and VOIP including WebRTC and SIP (preferred).
