What you'll do

Serve as the primary technical support contact for strategic customers to resolve complex issues.
Troubleshoot server-side code and client-side JavaScript to resolve high-stakes technical problems.
Provide proactive guidance and recommendations to minimize customer downtime using Twilio technologies.
Communicate complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences via phone and email.
Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to report reproducible bugs and relay customer feedback.
Analyze customer trends and patterns to identify improvements for the internal support process.
Manage dedicated customer accounts while prioritizing tasks based on situational urgency.

What we're looking for

4+ years of relevant experience.
Knowledge of RESTful technology, APIs, and troubleshooting cloud solutions.
Ability to troubleshoot server-side code (Java, Node.js, PHP, C#, Python) and client-side JavaScript including React and Redux.
Skills in troubleshooting network connectivity issues with an understanding of TCP/UDP and SSL/TLS basics.
High competency communicating complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences via phone or email.
Experience managing dedicated customer accounts.
Advanced time management, task prioritization, and ability to work under pressure.
Understanding of Telecoms and VOIP including WebRTC and SIP (preferred).
