What you'll do

  • Act as a technical advisor to 3 primary enterprise accounts for successful product adoption.
  • Lead enablement sessions tailored to customers’ architecture and business needs.
  • Analyze IT Operations environments to recommend configuration and usage improvements.
  • Deliver technical business reviews with impactful recommendations for customer QBRs.
  • Create executive-level summaries linking platform usage to business outcomes.

What we're looking for

  • 2+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role within cloud or observability space.
  • Deep expertise with at least two public cloud platforms and hands-on infrastructure monitoring.
  • Proficiency in scripting/automation tools like Python, Bash, Terraform, Chef/Puppet.
  • Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools such as Jenkins, Docker, Kubernetes.
  • Strong ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience working independently on customer enablement, issue triage, and product adoption strategies.
