What you'll do

Act as a technical advisor to primary enterprise accounts to ensure successful product adoption.
Lead enablement and adoption sessions tailored to specific customer architectures and business needs.
Analyze customer IT environments to recommend configuration, usage, and performance improvements.
Deliver technical business reviews, health checks, and account maturity assessments for quarterly reviews.
Escalate product issues and advocate for customer needs to internal Product and Engineering teams.
Create executive-level summaries that link platform usage to specific business outcomes.
Contribute to internal team learning through feature presentations and sharing best practices.

What we're looking for

You must have 2+ years of experience in a technical customer-facing role such as a TAM, Solutions Architect, SRE, or DevOps Engineer.
Experience must be within the cloud or observability space.
You must be proficient with at least two public cloud platforms, such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
You must have hands-on experience with infrastructure or application monitoring.
You must be familiar with scripting and automation tools like Python, Bash, Terraform, Chef, or Puppet.
You must have working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and containerization tools like Jenkins, GitLab, Docker, or Kubernetes.
You must be able to communicate technical concepts effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Experience using Datadog or other cloud monitoring tools is preferred.
