As a Systems Strategist, AppleCare Technologies, you will join the Systems Strategy and Solutions Architecture team to shape enterprise-wide technology decisions that advance strategic objectives and business capabilities. What you'll do

Develop and evolve technology and systems strategies to support business planning and strategic development.
Define, evolve, and maintain the AppleCare Enterprise Architecture framework.
Identify and champion technologies that streamline end-to-end processes and enhance customer journeys.
Maintain current and target-state architecture artifacts within the corporate repository.
Align solution designs and business requirements with existing platform capabilities and strategic priorities.
Create strategic blueprints using data analytics, customer journey mapping, and Business Capability Modeling.
Maintain the Business Capability Model to inform executive decision-making on technology prioritization.

What we're looking for

Candidates must have at least 10 years of experience in enterprise IT.
Candidates must have at least 3 years of experience in systems specification, design, and operations.
Applicants should possess a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
Experience with modern solution delivery models such as Agile, DevOps, and Product-led is required.
A solid foundation in Business Capability Modeling (BCM) and enterprise architecture frameworks is required.
Candidates must have hands-on experience or working familiarity with Agentic Workflows, AI, and Machine Learning technologies.
Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across cross-functional teams are required.
Experience architecting or delivering technologies within service, sales, and customer support domains is preferred.
