As a Systems Strategist, AppleCare Technologies, you will join the Systems Strategy and Solutions Architecture team to shape enterprise-wide technology decisions that advance strategic objectives and business capabilities. Your daily work involves evolving architecture governance, maintaining the AppleCare Enterprise Architecture framework, and mapping customer journeys using data and analytics. To succeed, you must possess expertise in Business Capability Modeling, Agile, DevOps, and Product-led delivery models. You will also work with emerging technologies including Agentic Workflows, AI, and Machine Learning to streamline end-to-end processes. This role focuses on the technical architecture of service, sales, and customer support domains to improve overall business capabilities.

What you'll do

Develop and evolve technology and systems strategy services to support business planning and strategic development.
Define, evolve, and maintain the AppleCare Enterprise Architecture framework.
Identify and champion emerging technologies to streamline end-to-end processes and enhance customer journeys.
Maintain current and target-state architecture artifacts within the AppleCare Architecture Repository.
Ensure solution designs and business requirements align with platform capabilities and strategic priorities.
Create strategic blueprints using data, analytics, and customer journey mapping.
Maintain the Business Capability Model to inform executive decision-making on technology prioritization.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
10+ years of experience in enterprise IT.
At least 3 years of experience in systems specification, design, and operations.
Practical understanding of modern solution delivery models including Agile, DevOps, and Product-led.
Solid foundation in Business Capability Modeling (BCM) and enterprise architecture frameworks.
Hands-on experience or working familiarity with Agentic Workflows, AI, and Machine Learning technologies.
Proven leadership, stakeholder management, and influencing skills across cross-functional teams.
Experience architecting or delivering technologies within service, sales, and customer support domains is preferred.
