Systems Services Representative

What you'll do

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair IBM and multi-vendor hardware, software, networking, and storage systems.
• Support IBM zSeries, Power Servers, and various multi-vendor Intel servers and networking equipment.
• Provide technical guidance to clients on system configuration, preventive maintenance, and operational best practices.
• Perform system assurance activities, including problem determination, equipment discontinuance, and product relocation.
• Restore systems to full operational status following hardware failures or technical issues.
• Coordinate with remote support teams and escalation centers to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Manage service calls, technical documentation, and direct communication with customers.
• Maintain required technical certifications and complete ongoing training.

What we're looking for

• High School Diploma/GED.
• Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
• Must own a reliable vehicle and hold a valid driver’s license.
• Ability to travel frequently by car to client sites in Idaho, including after hours and weekends.
• Ability to pass client-required background verification checks.
• Ability to obtain security clearance based on client needs.
• Knowledge of IT Service Delivery and technical support strategy (preferred).
• Cisco Certification (preferred).
• CompTIA Certification in hardware (preferred).
