What we're looking for

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Associate's Degree/College Diploma (preferred).
  • Familiarity with IBM Power system equipment installation, maintenance, and repair procedures.
  • Knowledge of IBM tools such as Cognitive Support Platform (Salesforce) and Watson Einstein Analytics.
  • Basic understanding of general electric and information technology engineering concepts.
  • Exposure to onsite Infrastructure Services and maintenance for Hybrid Cloud client environments.
  • Possession of Digital Technical Certifications for hardware and software solutions.
