What we're looking for

  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Associate's Degree/College Diploma (preferred).
  • Experience with installation, customization, operation, recovery, and tuning for high-volume commercial products like Lenovo PC and Apple.
  • Knowledge of IBM tools, including Cognitive Support Platform (Salesforce) and Watson Einstein Analytics.
  • Basic understanding of operating systems, associated software, and machine functions for problem source identification.
  • Exposure to on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of high-volume commercial products.
  • Familiarity with Hybrid Cloud onsite infrastructure services and consultancy (preferred).
  • Knowledge of IT consulting, including Technical Delivery Assessment and account management (preferred).
