What you'll do

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair IBM and multi-vendor hardware, software, networking, and storage systems.
Support IBM zSeries, Power Servers, and various multi-vendor Intel servers and networking equipment.
Provide technical guidance to clients on system configuration, preventive maintenance, and operational best practices.
Perform system assurance activities, including problem determination, equipment relocation, and hardware upgrades.
Restore systems to full operational status following hardware failures or technical issues.
Act as the lead technical representative during critical situations to manage issues and communicate with clients.
Coordinate with remote support teams and escalation centers to ensure timely resolution of complex problems.
Manage service calls, technical documentation, and ongoing customer communications.

What we're looking for

High School Diploma/GED.
Bachelor's Degree (preferred).
Must own a reliable vehicle and hold a valid driver’s license.
Ability to travel frequently by car to client sites in Idaho, including after hours and weekends.
Ability to pass client-required background verification checks.
Ability to obtain security clearance based on client needs.
Knowledge of IT Service Delivery and technical support strategy (preferred).
Cisco Certification (hardware) or COM-TIA Certification (hardware) (preferred).
