System Services Representative
As a System Services Representative for IBM Power, you will join the Infrastructure & Technology team to manage the on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of IBM Power system equipment. You will perform critical service activities including Technical Delivery Assessment, installation planning, and account management to support client operations. Your daily work involves identifying problem sources, resolving incidents, and providing technical advice to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. To succeed, you must possess strong problem-solving skills, effective communication, and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams across different business units. The role requires experience with multi-vendor systems, various operating systems, and IT service management principles. You will utilize specific tools like Cognitive Support Platform and Watson Einstein Analytics while managing hardware and software support to ensure the reliable functioning of essential infrastructure for clients.
