What you'll do

Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams through the entire systems engineering lifecycle from concept to deployment.
Manage technical requirements and oversee the integration of hardware and software components for SDR products.
Plan and conduct system verification and validation activities to ensure performance and reliability standards are met.
Identify potential risks throughout the system lifecycle and develop effective mitigation strategies.
Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate project status effectively.
Resolve complex technical issues during the design, development, and deployment phases of the project.
Conduct performance analysis and modeling to predict and verify system behavior under various conditions.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience, a graduate degree and 4 years of experience, or 10 years of experience without a degree.
Ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance.
Experience in RF and communication system design (preferred).
Experience with Software Defined Radio (SDR) design and development (preferred).
Expertise in Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) tools like Cameo or SysML (preferred).
Advanced degrees in a related field may be substituted for some work experience (preferred).
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong time management skills.
U.S. citizens.
