The work focuses on ensuring system integrity and traceability for defense, intelligence, or aviation programs while managing complex technical documentation and security packages.

What you'll do

Conduct technical planning and analysis activities throughout all phases of the system development lifecycle from concept to delivery.
Participate in program gate reviews including SRR, SDR, PDR, CDR, and TRR as well as product demonstrations.
Manage requirements by reviewing existing documentation and generating new requirements for specific features.
Create, modify, and maintain system design artifacts within MBSE models using Cameo Systems Modeler.
Support Agile processes including daily standups, sprint reviews, PI planning, and technical demonstrations.
Develop and document Interface Control Documents (ICDs) to define software and cloud subsystem interfaces.
Review verification and validation procedures to ensure they meet all functional and performance requirements.
Ensure requirement traceability and system integrity through collaboration with cross-disciplinary teams during design and testing.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree and 6 years of experience, a graduate degree and 4 years of experience, or no degree and 10 years of experience.
Ability to obtain FAA Public Trust Clearance.
Experience supporting defense, intelligence, or aviation programs (preferred).
Expert level knowledge in Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) tools such as CAMEO or other applications leveraging SYSML (preferred).
Experience using requirements management tools such as DOORS or JAMA (preferred).
Experience using SysML-based modeling tools such as Cameo Systems Modeler (preferred).
Experience with Agile processes including Epics, Stories, PIs, and Sprints (preferred).
Security clearance.
