Senior Specialist, Systems Engineer

What you'll do

• Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams through the entire systems engineering lifecycle from concept to deployment.
• Manage technical requirements and oversee the integration of hardware and software components for SDR products.
• Plan and conduct system verification and validation activities to ensure performance and reliability standards are met.
• Identify potential risks throughout the system lifecycle and develop effective mitigation strategies.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate project status effectively.
• Resolve complex technical issues and lead efforts to innovate existing system designs.
• Conduct performance analysis and modeling to predict and verify system behavior under various conditions.

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree and minimum 6 years of relevant experience, a graduate degree and 4 years of experience, or 10 years of experience without a degree.
• Ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance.
• Experience in RF and communication system design (preferred).
• Experience with Software Defined Radio (SDR) design and development (preferred).
• Expertise in Model Based System Engineering (MBSE) tools like Cameo or SysML (preferred).
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers (preferred).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with project planning, proposal activities, and technical documentation (preferred).
• U.S. citizens.
