What you'll do

Lead multi-disciplinary engineering teams through the entire systems engineering lifecycle from concept to deployment.
Manage requirements and oversee the integration of various system components for software defined radio products.
Plan and conduct system verification and validation activities to ensure performance and reliability standards.
Identify potential lifecycle risks and develop effective mitigation strategies.
Engage with customers and stakeholders to incorporate their needs into the system design.
Conduct performance analysis and modeling to predict system behavior under various conditions.
Resolve complex technical issues arising during the design, development, or deployment phases.
Coordinate with hardware, software, and mechanical engineers to ensure integrated system solutions.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. citizen to meet security clearance eligibility.
Ability to obtain a Top Secret security clearance.
Bachelor’s Degree and minimum 6 years of relevant experience.
Graduate Degree and minimum 4 years of related experience.
Minimum 10 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
Proven experience in RF and Communication System Design (preferred).
Experience with SDR (Software Defined Radio) design and development (preferred).
Expertise in MBSE tools like Cameo or SysML (preferred).
