What you'll do

Program, configure, optimize, test, and document complex communication systems.
Perform routine preventive maintenance and trend analysis to ensure operational efficiency.
Provide end-to-end technical support for software-driven electronics and RF/Broadband architectures.
Deploy and maintain IP-based wired and wireless networks including routers, switches, and firewalls.
Manage backhaul technologies such as Microwave, Fiber, and MPLS routing.
Install and troubleshoot server hardware, operating systems, and application software.
Collaborate with internal teams to design, deploy, and cut over advanced communication solutions.
Resolve complex technical challenges during system implementations and provide weekly activity reports.

What we're looking for

Must have a High School Diploma/GED or 4+ years of experience in fields such as RF systems, P25, networking, or telecommunications.
Must possess legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
Must be able to obtain background clearance and pass a stringent fingerprint check for CJIS security policies.
Must have a current valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
Must reside near Orlando, FL to support 24/7 rotation requirements.
Requires deep technical knowledge of RF systems, including transmitters, receivers, antenna networks, and P25 digital architecture.
Requires expertise in IP network administration, including routers, switches, firewalls, and backhaul technologies like Microwave and Fiber.
Must be proficient with productivity software and possess strong written/verbal communication skills for reporting.
