What you'll do

Perform on-site installation, maintenance, and repair of Mainframe series equipment.
Identify problem sources and resolve technical incidents to ensure client satisfaction.
Conduct Technical Delivery Assessments and manage installation planning for client accounts.
Provide expert advice on potential resolutions and their implementation for hardware and software issues.
Manage client relationships by delivering high-quality technical support and operational services.
Maintain and update Digital Technical Certifications and soft skills training to ensure proficiency.
Utilize IBM tools like Salesforce and Watson Einstein Analytics to drive automation and improve operations.
Travel to various client sites across the Dallas area to provide field-based service delivery.

What we're looking for

High School Diploma or GED.
Experience with Mainframe series equipment installation, maintenance, and repair procedures.
Experience in problem source identification, incident resolution, and providing technical solutions.
Exposure to on-site service delivery, including Technical Delivery Assessment, installation planning, and account management.
Experience using IBM tools such as Cognitive Support Platform (Salesforce) and Watson Einstein Analytics.
Ability to maintain and update Digital Technical Certifications and Soft Skills training.
Must have a reliable vehicle and ability to travel frequently to client sites in the Dallas, Texas area.
Experience with Mainframe software, Hybrid Cloud environments, or IT engineering principles (preferred).
