What we're looking for

  • 10+ years of experience as a systems analyst or related IT/business transformation role.
  • Proven leadership in managing large, complex initiatives with multiple stakeholders.
  • Experience working in regulated environments such as defense or aerospace industries.
  • Ability to pass vetting required for U.S. government defense contracts.
  • Understanding and application of government cybersecurity frameworks like CMMC and NIST SP 800-171.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills to influence decisions and gain alignment.
  • Experience in gathering requirements, conducting data analysis, and driving solution design.
