What you'll do

Provide on-site infrastructure services and consultancy within hybrid cloud environments.

What we're looking for

High School Diploma or GED.
Experience installing, maintaining, and repairing non-IBM server products like Dell, Oracle, and Fujitsu.
Knowledge of operating systems, associated software, and server functions.
Familiarity with IBM tools including Cognitive Support Platform (Salesforce) and Watson Einstein Analytics.
Basic understanding of IT engineering concepts such as installation, customization, operation, recovery, and tuning.
Basic knowledge of Hybrid Cloud client environments and infrastructure services.
Ability to work a rotating 12-hour day shift in Roanoke, Texas.
Familiarity with IT service management, cloud computing, and data analytics (preferred).
