What we're looking for

High School Diploma or GED is required.
An Associate's Degree or College Diploma is preferred.
Experience with installation, customization, operation, recovery, and tuning of Lenovo products and ISG equipment is required.
Knowledge of IBM tools such as Cognitive Support Platform (Salesforce) and Watson Einstein Analytics is required.
Basic understanding of technical support strategy is required.
Familiarity with infrastructure services and maintenance for Hybrid Cloud client environments is required.
CompTIA A+ ce certification is preferred.
CompTIA Network+ certification is preferred.
