What you'll do

What we're looking for

High School Diploma or GED is required.
An Associate's Degree or College Diploma is preferred.
Experience with Mainframe series equipment installation, maintenance, and repair procedures is required.
Experience in technical problem-solving, including incident resolution and identifying problem sources, is required.
Exposure to on-site service delivery, including Technical Delivery Assessment and account management, is required.
Experience using IBM tools like Cognitive Support Platform and Watson Einstein Analytics is required.
Ability to maintain and update Digital Technical Certifications and Soft Skills training is required.
Preferred experience includes knowledge of Mainframe software, hybrid cloud environments, and IT engineering principles.
