What you'll do

What we're looking for

High School Diploma or GED is required.
An Associate's Degree or College Diploma is preferred.
Experience with installation, maintenance, and repair of high-volume commercial products like Lenovo PC and Apple is required.
Knowledge of operating systems, associated software, and machine capabilities to identify and resolve problems is required.
Proficiency in using IBM tools such as Salesforce and Watson Einstein Analytics is required.
Familiarity with on-site services including Technical Delivery Assessment and installation planning is required.
Experience with Hybrid Cloud client environments and IT consulting is preferred.
Familiarity with data analytics to drive automation and improve operations is preferred.
