What you'll do

What we're looking for

High School Diploma or GED.
Technical Diploma (preferred).
Experience with installation, maintenance, and repair of IBM storage equipment and associated software/operating systems.
Knowledge of technical delivery assessment including installation planning and systems-level problem determination.
Basic understanding of general electrical and information technology engineering principles.
Familiarity with IBM tools such as Cognitive Support Platform and Watson Einstein Analytics.
Possession of Digital Technical Certifications or willingness to obtain them.
Experience with Hybrid Cloud environments, IT service delivery strategy, and technical sales (preferred).
