Senior System Reliability and Support Specialist

What you'll do

• Monitor, maintain, and support systems and software to ensure stability and compliance with technology standards.
• Perform maintenance tasks including installing patches and upgrades while ensuring continuous production availability.
• Detect, resolve, or escalate system incidents promptly.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrections to prevent recurring issues.
• Monitor system performance and capacity against baseline metrics to report trends for stabilization.
• Develop deep knowledge of supported systems and transfer that knowledge to junior staff members.
• Lead application governance including attestations, continuity testing, impact analysis, and responding to audit inquiries.

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree is required, or a comparable combination of education, job-specific certifications, and experience.
• Candidates must have 3+ years of relevant or direct industry experience.
• Experience in application maintenance, incident management, and technical troubleshooting is required.
• Knowledge of IT service management (ITSM), software reliability, and system development life cycle is required.
• Ability to perform root cause analysis and monitor systems for performance and capacity is required.
• Application Development, Business Management, and Customer Solutions are preferred.
• Design, Process Improvements, and Release Management are preferred.
• Software Solutions and User Experience (UX) Design are preferred.
