Entry Level Storage Client Solutions Engineer

What you'll do

• Support senior engineers in client discovery, requirements analysis, and early technical qualification.
• Provide research, demonstrations, and technical collateral during client conversations regarding emerging technologies.
• Conduct lab validations, proof-of-concept setups, solution testing, and basic architectural documentation.
• Create repeatable solution assets including configuration guides, validation briefs, and internal knowledge articles.
• Integrate successful client solutions into broader product roadmaps and go-to-market assets.
• Perform operational tasks for partner programs, enablement sessions, and ecosystem onboarding.
• Analyze solution adoption metrics, customer activity, and technical enablement data.

What we're looking for

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• A Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, Electronics, or a related technical field is preferred.
• Master’s Degree (technical or business) is considered a plus.
• Candidates must have the ability to work without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Strong fundamentals in infrastructure, distributed systems, and cloud concepts are required.
• Knowledge of enterprise storage, SDS, virtualization platforms, and container orchestration technologies like Kubernetes and OpenShift is required.
• Basic understanding of block, file, and object storage, RAID, snapshots, replication, and performance concepts is required.
• Relevant internships, academic projects, or certifications in cloud or storage fundamentals are preferred.
