What you'll do

Maintain and support LMR Zone Core equipment including servers, network switches, routers, and storage devices.
Execute planned system maintenance, patching activities, and coordinate necessary reboots for critical systems.
Manage the transmission of backups between critical servers and Backup and Recovery (BAR) servers.
Provide first-level troubleshooting, case management, and documentation for all Motorola ASTRO 25 LMR systems.
Maintain, program, and repair radio repeaters and dispatch/communications consoles for trunked and conventional systems.
Track system integrations, validate remote site work, and update network diagrams and hardware metadata.
Facilitate the Risk Management Framework (RMF) cybersecurity accreditation process and participate in planning meetings.
Generate administrative reports to support recurring contracts and provide specific data as requested by management.

What we're looking for

Must be a U.S. citizen with legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance is required.
Must possess or be able to obtain CompTIA Security+ certification (or equivalent) within 6 months of hire.
Minimum of five years of experience in Cybersecurity and/or IT System Administration.
Minimum of three years of Radio Frequency (RF) experience.
Minimum of two years of Networking experience for Wide and Local Area Networks.
Must have a valid driver's license without traffic violations.
Requires specialized knowledge of Motorola ASTRO 25 systems, P25 Trunking Network Systems, and RF theory.
