What you'll do

Perform installation, optimization, and maintenance on public safety communication systems.
Execute preventative maintenance routines to ensure proper system operation through trend analysis.
Develop technical solutions for complex problems during system implementation or support issues.
Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting for specialized communications systems.
Collaborate with stakeholders to design, implement, optimize, and cut-over advanced communication systems.

What we're looking for

At least 4 years of experience in LMR, RF Systems, Radio Communications, or related fields.
Proficient in P25 radio systems, trunking/SmartZone systems, and NICE public safety logging systems.
Strong knowledge of wired/wireless communication systems, including LAN/WAN technologies.
Ability to install, configure, and maintain complex communication networks and hardware.
Expertise in troubleshooting and optimizing RF and Broadband architectures.
CET certification required within 6 months; CompTIA Network+ or Security+ certifications desirable.
