What you'll do

Install, optimize, and maintain mission-critical public safety communication systems including VHF, UHF, and 700/800 radio networks.
Perform advanced troubleshooting for hardware, software, and complex RF and Broadband architectures.
Execute routine preventative maintenance and trend analysis to ensure continuous system availability.
Provide high-level technical support for specialized equipment like NG911 infrastructure and NICE logging systems.
Program, configure, and test various communication systems including legacy analog and advanced digital P25 technologies.
Develop technical solutions for complex problems encountered during system implementations and upgrades.
Create detailed documentation and submit comprehensive weekly reports regarding activities and accomplishments.

What we're looking for

Must possess an Associate’s Degree, EET, Technical Certification, Project Management Certification, IT Certification, or Military Technical Certification.
Must obtain CET certification within 6 months of hire.
Must be a U.S. citizen capable of obtaining and maintaining required security clearances.
Must have legal authorization to work in the U.S. indefinitely.
Must possess a current, valid driver’s license with no traffic violations.
Requires at least 4 years of experience in LMR, RF systems, radio communications, IT systems, or telecommunications.
Must be proficient in R.F. systems, P25 radio systems, and wired/wireless communication networks (LAN/WAN).
Must be able to work on a 24/7/365 on-call rotation and travel between 50% and 75% of the time.
