What you'll do

  • Manage the services scope as defined by the contract, ensuring compliance.
  • Oversee subcontractor deliverables to ensure adherence to agreed outcomes.
  • Ensure strict compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for service delivery.
  • Coordinate all service activities including inventory management and user support.
  • Provide timely and accurate reporting mandated by the Services Contract.
  • Diagnose system failures and facilitate call management as required.

What we're looking for

  • At least 3 years of experience in LMR, RF systems, or IT support.
  • Deep expertise with Motorola Solutions technology, including WAVE and ASTRO P25 LMR Systems.
  • Strong knowledge of IP networking, WLAN/LAN/WAN troubleshooting, and VoIP applications.
  • Hands-on experience with Windows Domain architecture, Active Directory, Linux/UNIX, and server hardware.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, negotiation abilities, and presentation skills (written and verbal).
  • U.S. citizenship required; must obtain and maintain T/S security clearance.
