Federal Systems Manager

What you'll do

• Serve as the primary onsite point of contact and communications consultant for federal customers.
• Manage service scopes and ensure all contract terms, warranties, and maintenance requirements are met.
• Oversee subcontractor deliverables to ensure they align with agreed-upon project scopes and outcomes.
• Ensure strict compliance with Service Level Agreements regarding response and restoration times.
• Coordinate site activities including inventory, configuration, and user support services.
• Manage the escalation process and resolve high-priority system issues through case management.
• Provide accurate reporting on service contracts and identify potential product quality issues.
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain peak operational health for mission-critical systems.

What we're looking for

• Must be a U.S. citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a T/S security clearance.
• Must have 3+ years of experience in fields such as LMR, RF systems, IT Systems, Telecommunications, or Public Safety.
• Experience with Motorola Solutions technology, specifically WAVE and ASTRO P25 LMR Systems, is required.
• Must possess strong knowledge of Radio Frequency (RF) rules and mission-critical communication systems.
• Proficiency in IP networking, including WLAN, LAN/WAN troubleshooting, and VoIP applications, is required.
• Experience with Windows Domain architecture, Active Directory, Linux/UNIX, and server hardware is required.
• Ability to install, configure, and troubleshoot Windows Operating Systems and 3rd party integrations.
• Preferred experience includes VMware virtualization, Cloud Technologies, CTI applications, and Database administration.
