What you'll do

Triage and route incoming technical issues across the Decision Intelligence engineering organization.
Diagnose and resolve data science pipeline failures, Snowflake query issues, and LLM output regressions.
Identify, reproduce, and patch bugs in backend services, APIs, and frontend interfaces.
Deliver targeted code fixes for Python microservices, Node.js/Express APIs, and GraphQL layers.
Maintain and improve support runbooks, issue templates, and escalation playbooks to improve resolution times.
Communicate root cause analysis and resolution plans to business partners and leadership during active incidents.
Contribute to system reliability by identifying patterns in recurring issues and proposing durable fixes.
Balance a high-volume support queue while proactively improving observability and test coverage across systems.

What we're looking for

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
8+ years of experience in software engineering with the ability to triage and resolve issues across the full stack.
Proficiency in Python and JavaScript/Node.js for diagnosing and patching backend and frontend systems.
Experience supporting data science workflows, including pipeline failures, data quality issues, and model output anomalies.
Familiarity with SQL, relational databases (e.g., Snowflake), and document stores like MongoDB.
Working knowledge of REST APIs, microservices, and distributed systems architectures.
Ability to use AI-assisted development tools while critically validating the generated output.
Strong communication skills to explain root causes and coordinate resolutions for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
