Support Engineer

What you'll do

• Serve as primary technical responder for triaging and resolving engineering issues.
• Diagnose and resolve pipeline failures and data quality anomalies for the Data Science team.
• Identify, reproduce, and patch bugs in backend services, APIs, and frontend interfaces for web engineering teams.
• Maintain and improve support documentation to reduce mean time to resolution.
• Propose durable fixes or operational improvements based on patterns of recurring issues.
• Communicate status, root cause, and resolution plans clearly during active incidents.

What we're looking for

• 8+ years of software engineering experience with full-stack triage and debugging skills.
• Proficiency in Python and JavaScript/Node.js for diagnosing and resolving issues across systems.
• Strong ability to support data science workflows, including pipeline failures and data quality issues.
• Familiarity with SQL, relational databases, and document stores for investigating data issues.
• Comfortable using AI-assisted development tools and validating AI-generated output before deployment.
• Ability to manage multiple support queues simultaneously, prioritizing across severity levels effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for documenting issues and coordinating resolutions.
