What you'll do

  • Translate frontline business problems into engineering specifications and shippable solutions for Sales teams.
  • Build prototypes that solve concrete Sales problems quickly and distill valuable patterns into reusable abstractions.
  • Partner with the data science team to operationalize novel models and analytical workflows into production-grade services.
  • Integrate Sales-facing solutions with platform APIs, SDKs, and shared services to promote self-service adoption.
  • Communicate deep insights on API quality, developer experience, and unmet needs to inform product roadmap prioritization.

What we're looking for

  • 5+ years of experience in Forward Deployed Engineering or similar highly technical roles.
  • Strong full-stack engineering skills with proficiency in Python and JavaScript/Node.js.
  • Familiarity with SQL, relational databases, and data pipelines.
  • Functional literacy in AI/ML concepts and ability to operationalize prototypes into production services.
  • Working knowledge of REST APIs, GraphQL, microservices, and distributed systems architectures.
  • Exceptional communication skills for diverse audiences including executive leadership.
