What you'll do

  • Own end-to-end supplier development for silicon, wafer, and packaging portfolio.
  • Provide technology guidance on front-end process nodes and back-end packaging technologies.
  • Assess supplier manufacturing capabilities across wafer fabrication and assembly processes.
  • Lead new product introduction activities and production ramp-ups for high-volume manufacturing.
  • Develop robust qualification plans covering front-end, back-end, and test phases.
  • Drive supplier performance improvement through Lean methodologies and systematic problem solving.
  • Perform reactive quality engineering support using root cause analysis methodologies.

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering, materials science, or semiconductor physics
  • 1+ years of industry experience in silicon engineering across wafer fabrication and packaging
  • Strong technical background in front-end process technology and back-end assembly/packaging
  • Hands-on experience with silicon test including automated test equipment and final test coverage optimization
  • Proven track record in strategic supplier selection and new product introduction for wafers and packaging
