What we're looking for

  • Bachelor’s degree in materials science, chemical engineering, electrical engineering, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in solar photovoltaic manufacturing or supplier development.
  • Strong technical background in solar cell fabrication and upstream silicon processes.
  • Hands-on experience bringing up advanced high-efficiency solar cell manufacturing lines.
  • Deep knowledge of crystalline silicon photovoltaic processes including polysilicon refining, wafer slicing, and diffusion.
  • Experience with PPAP, APQP, DFMEA, PFMEA, and relevant industry standards like IEC 61215.
